What does Mobile Meals of Tucson do?
We provide medically-tailored, home-delivered meals for homebound adults with special diet needs. We serve most of Tucson, as well as nearby Sahuarita and Green Valley. We do not deliver in Vail, Marana, Oro Valley, or Northwest Tucson. We are not the Meals of Wheels program for Pima County. We do not receive any federal funding.
What kinds of meals are available?
Meals are individually planned for each client to meet their specific dietetic needs. We partner with local hospitals and healthcare facilities to prepare our meals. Available diets include:

*Renal *Soft *Pureed
How and when are the meals delivered?
Meals are delivered to your home by dedicated volunteers between 11 am and 1 pm each weekday.
What is the cost for a meal?
Our prices are very affordable, with a sliding fee scale based on an individual's monthly income. Food stamps are accepted and financial assistance is available.
How do I start receiving meals?
Call our client services team at 520-622-1600 to get started. We'll help make sure our services are right for you and answer any questions.
What happens then?
After your initial intake, we will schedule a time for a client interviewer to visit you at home to complete our new client enrollment process. Our registered dietitian then works with the your primary care provider to create a meal delivery plan that is individualized for your health needs.
